Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner

My journey with Emotional Freedom Techniques began unexpectedly over 20 years ago, during a time when life felt full to the brim. I was a dedicated triathlete balancing intense training with a demanding career in education, all while caring for my mother as she navigated Alzheimer’s. The pace was fast, the pressure was real, and I often found myself wrestling with stress, anxiety, self‑doubt, and exhaustion.

Discovering EFT at that moment was nothing short of transformative. It became a daily anchor—simple, accessible, and profoundly effective. Over the years, EFT has supported me through major chapters of my life: advancing my career, evolving my sporting passions (these days I’m more at home on a horse than a bike), coping with the emotional weight of losing a loved one to Alzheimer’s, and more recently, moving through menopause with a renewed sense of calm, confidence, and clarity.

What I love most about Emotional Freedom Techniques is that they truly are for everyone. No matter your age, background, lifestyle, or challenges, EFT offers a gentle yet powerful way to release emotional tension, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself.
